EN1092-1:2007 includes the dimensions of different flange types for pressure levels from PN 2.5 to PN 400. The allowable operation pressure for elevated temperatures is assigned to different model materials of a material group in tables in Appendix G. Appendix F specifies equations for the calculation of the allowable operation pressure for particular materials. Bolt materials are included in EN 1515-1 and the corresponding strength class is specified in EN 1515-2.
After specification of the pressure level and the nominal diameter, this modules furnishes the dimensions of all flange types and gasket surfaces. The allowable operation pressure, depending on the temperature and material group, is assigned according to the tables of EN 1092 Appendix G. For particular materirials, the allowable operation pressure can be calculated acc. Eq. (F2.2-1). The corresponding bolts can be selected among available materials acc. EN 1515-1 and the strength class can be determined acc. EN 1515-2. For the combination of a particular flange material and the bolts, the strength class can be calculated acc. to the equations in EN 1515-2.
The flange types have been completely added and the pressure-temperatur-tables added, as well as the bolts acc. EN 1515-1 and -2 implemented.
